Our team is made up of experienced Early Years Practitioners, Assistant Practitioners, Early Years Level 3 Apprentices and two cooks.
We are always updating our knowledge and skills and we are all trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Allergy Awareness and attend regular Safeguarding training and updates. Each member of our team has been through rigorous recruitment checks and an Enhanced DBS check to ensure your child is in the very best hands.

To ensure you are always greeted by a familiar face, we do not use Agency staff.
Georgi
Nursery
Manager

Georgi started her career in 2000 at The Pink House, she left to gain experience in child health and returned in 2023 as Nursery Manager. She has a BTEC Level 3 in Early Years.
Megan
Deputy Manager
Nursery Room Leader
​
Megan joined the team in 2023. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce and a BA Hons in Early and Primary Education. She is also our Safeguarding Lead Practitioner.
Kathryn
Deputy Manager
Baby Room Leader
Kathryn has been part of the team since 1998 with a short break to train as a midwife. She has a NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing and is our Safeguarding Lead Practitioner.

Early Years Practitioner
Annie has worked at The Pink House since 2008 and has a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years Leadership.
Julie
Early Years Practitioner
Julie has worked in early years education since 2005, and joined the team in 2021. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
Laura
Deputy Room Leader
and SENCO
Laura joined the team in 2007. She has an NVQ Level 3 and BA Hons in Early Childhood and Education. Laura also assists Gill as Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Gill

Gill joined the team in 2013. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Pre School Practice and is our Special Educational Needs Coordinator.

Early Years
Practitioner
Vicky has worked at The Pink House since 2012. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development.
Maria
Assistant Early Years Practitioner
Maria joined the team in 2023 to gain experience in Early Years before starting her training.
Roxy
Apprentice Early Years Practitioner​
Roxy joined the team in 2023 and is working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

Shannon joined the team in 2024 and is working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

Nursery Cook

The most important person. Christine has ensured we are well fed since 2013 and has a Level 3 in Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness.

Carly re-joined our team in 2024. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Early Learning and Childcare and a BA Hons in Early Childhood and Education.

Nursery Dog
Hugo the Cavapoo joined us in 2023. He is an expert in catching balls and is very soft and gentle.
