Our team is made up of experienced Early Years Practitioners, Assistant Practitioners,
Early Years Level 3 Apprentices and two cooks.
We are always updating our knowledge and skills, we are all trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Allergy Awareness and attend regular Safeguarding training and updates. Each member of our team has been through rigorous recruitment checks and an Enhanced DBS check to ensure your child is in the very best hands.
To ensure you are always greeted by a familiar face, we do not use Agency staff.
Georgi
Nursery
Manager
Georgi started her career in 2000 at The Pink House, she left to gain experience in child health and returned in 2023 as Nursery Manager. She has a BTEC Level 3 in Early Years.
Megan
Deputy Manager
Megan joined the team in 2023. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce and a BA Hons in Early and Primary Education. She is also our Safeguarding Lead Practitioner.
Laura
Baby Room Leader
Laura joined the team in 2007. She has an NVQ Level 3 and BA Hons in Early Childhood and Education. Laura also assists Gill as Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Roxy
Nursery Room Leader
Roxy joined the team in 2023 as our Level 3 Apprentice and has worked her way up to Room Leader for our over 2's.
Julie
Senior Early Years Practitioner
Julie has worked in early years education since 2005, and joined the team in 2021. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
Annie
Senior Early Years Practitioner
Annie has worked at The Pink House since 2008 and has a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years Leadership.
Gill
Senior Early Years Practitioner
and SENCO
Gill joined the team in 2013. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Pre School Practice and is our Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Vicky
Senior Early Years
Practitioner
Vicky has worked at The Pink House since 2012. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development.
Maria
Assistant Practitioner and Cook
Maria joined the team in 2023 to gain experience in Early Years and cooks for us when needed.
Zoe
Early Years Practitioner
Zoe joined the team in 2026. She has a Cache Level 3 Diploma and lots of experience working with under 5's.
Georgina
Early Years Assistant Practitioner
Gee joined the team in 2025 and is working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Christine
Nursery Cook
The most important person. Christine has ensured we are well fed since 2025 and has a Level 3 in Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness.
Becky
Early Years Assistant Practitioner
Becky joined our team in 2025 with lots of experience working with school aged children and is developing her knowledge of Early Years.
Sophie
Early Years Assistant Practitioner
Sophie joined the team in 2024 as our Level 2 Student and is now working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Poppy
Early Years Assistant Practitioner
Poppy joined the team in 2026 and is working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Hugo
Nursery Dog
Hugo the Cavapoo joined us in 2023. He is an expert in catching balls, is very friendly, and helps us learn about looking after animals.
