MEET THE TEAM

Our team is made up of experienced Early Years Practitioners, two Assistant Practitioners, an Early Years Level 3 Apprentice and two cooks.
We are always updating our knowledge and skills and we are all trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Allergy Awareness and attend regular Safeguarding training and updates. Each member of our team has been through rigorous recruitment checks and an Enhanced DBS check to ensure your child is in the very best hands.
To ensure you are always greeted by a familiar face, we do not use Agency staff.
Georgi
Nursery
Manager
Georgi started her career in 2000 at The Pink House, she left to gain experience in child health and returned in 2023 as Nursery Manager. She has a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
Gill
Deputy Manager
Nursery Room Leader
Gill joined the team in 2013. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Pre School Practice and is our Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Kathryn
Deputy Manager
Baby Room Leader
Kathryn has been part of the team since 1998 with a short break in that time to train as a midwife. She is our Safeguarding Lead Practitioner.
Annie
Early Years Practitioner
Annie has worked at The Pink House since 2008 and has a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years Leadership.
Julie
Early Years Practitioner
Julie has worked in early years education since 2005, and joined the team in 2021. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
Kelsie
Early Years Practitioner
Kelsie qualified in 2011 and joined the team in 2023. She has a BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in Children's Care, Learning and Development.
Laura
Early Years Practitioner
Laura joined the team in 2007. She has an NVQ Level 3 and BA Hons in Early Childhood and Education.
Megan
Early Years Practitioner
Megan joined the team in 2023. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce and a BA Hons in Early and Primary Education.
Vicky

Practitioner
Vicky has worked at The Pink House since 2012. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development.

Assistant Early Years Practitioner
Maria joined the team in 2023 bringing with her lots of experience.
Roxy
Apprentice Early Years Practitioner
Roxy joined the team in 2023 and is working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

The most important person. Christine has ensured we are well fed since 2013 and has a Level 3 in Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness.
